Thomas Wines Braemore Semillon 2025

Thomas Wines was established by Andrew Thomas and has become one of the key modern references for Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz. Working with established vineyards across the region, Thomas has focused on precision and site expression, particularly in Semillon, where his wines have helped reinforce the variety’s place as one of Australia’s most distinctive and ageworthy styles.

Drawn from the Braemore vineyard, planted in 1969 on deep alluvial sands that give a more refined, tightly structured expression of old-vine (50 years) Semillon.

Fermentation is cool and controlled in stainless steel, with no oak influence, preserving purity and line.

Lemon, lime and green apple lead, with a faint herbal edge. The palate is light-bodied, with high acidity and a firm, linear structure built for ageing.
