Terrevive 'Steve' Bianco dell'Emilia Frizzante IGT 2022

Terrevive was founded as a 16ha oasis of polyculture located in the village of Gargallo di Carpi, just outside Modena. The farm has since been expanded to 35ha, growing vegetables, cereals, various fruits, herbs and grapes. 10ha is held for grapes, all of which are indigenous varieties, farmed according to strict biodynamic principles from inception. 

‘Steve’ is a frizzante white made from 100% Pignoletto, and it leans fully into that lively, natural style. Zesty citrus, green apple and a hint of white peach jump out, backed by a subtle almond note and a slightly herbal, almost tonic-like edge. The palate is bright and mouthwatering, with gentle fizz, fine texture and a lightly savoury finish. Dry, energetic and dangerously easy to drink—built for snacks and good company.
