From various contradas, this wine features zibibbo bush vines (alberello Pantesco) grown on 'soki soki' soils rich in pumice. Every parcel, given its unique altitude and direction, was treated differently, undergoing separate vinification periods – ranging from overnight to a week – tailored to the ripeness and aroma of the skins. The limited yields in 2020 enhanced the wine's depth, richness, and equilibrium. It was matured in 6-year-old barrels and stainless steel, resting on fine lees. The final touch was a 15% addition from the 'riserva perpetua' initiated in 2017. The result? An aromatic wine, hinting at a medicinal quality, enriched by captivating Mediterranean herbs. This wine boasts a harmonious blend of texture and freshness, culminating in a prolonged, tantalizing finish. It's sophisticated yet immensely enjoyable.
