Sette 'Medusa' Vino Bianco 2023

Sette is a splendid vineyard in Nizza, Monferrato, with five and a half hectares of vines aged between 20 and 75 years old. Purchased in 2017 by friends Gianluca Colombo and Gino Della Porta, they set about converting the property to organic farming immediately.

The ‘Sette’ wines are produced with the older vine material whilst the younger vine fruit goes into the ‘Mille Millilitro’ 1L bottles. This has to be one of the most exciting addresses in Monferrato right now, grandstanding the region through the frame of freshness, energy and vitality.

100% Moscato from 2 different plots, most coming from 80 year old vines. 8 hours on skins before being fermented completely dry and aged in Tava Amphora. Fresh, lively and pristine Moscato. We love it with spaghetti Vongole.
