Simon Caica is an Adelaide-based winemaker with a degree in viticulture and oenology. He previously made wines under the name "Lust For Life" before moving to his own S. Caica Wines label in 2024.
This is a vibrant, textural rosé crafted in South Australia's McLaren Vale by winemaker Simon Caica. Sourced from the Aplin family vineyard in Sellicks, it is uniquely made from whole-bunch pressed merlot, co-fermented with vermentino.
Crisp and crunchy, the wine shows briny watermelon, cranberry, stone fruits, and spice.
