From Kiedricher Klosterberg, a steep site of phyllite and slate below the Gräfenberg, this Riesling is drawn from estate parcels around Kiedrich. The nose opens with lime zest, green apple, and white peach, with a light herbal note and a faint smoky edge. The palate is compact, with a firm acid line carrying citrus and orchard fruit. A mineral thread runs through the wine, giving shape and persistence. The finish is dry, stony, and saline.
