Handled with a short period of skin contact, followed by fermentation and élevage in neutral vessels to build texture without overt influence.
Citrus, pear and almond lead, with a faint herbal edge typical of the variety. The palate is mid-weight, with a light phenolic grip and a dry, savoury finish.
