From the limestone and clay slopes of Gavi, this 2024 Cortese is shaped by cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the variety’s intrinsically fresh and crisp character. The wine opens on lemon zest, green apple and a faint almond quality, with saline contours that give some lightness and accentuate white flower notes. The palate is linear, the acidity brisk and clean, carrying a dry finish that feels very complete.
