Mas de Libian Vin de France Cave Vinum Blanc 2023

From Mas de Libian’s biodynamically farmed vineyards on the Rhône’s right bank, this white draws on southern white varieties of Roussanne, Clairette, and Viognier, and grown on clay and the famous galets roulés stones of the region's vineyards. The nose opens with white peach, citrus peel, and a light floral note, with fennel and a touch of anise. The palate is supple, with a broad, gently textured mid-palate carrying stone fruit and citrus. Acidity is present but soft, giving shape without tension. The finish is dry, with a faint herbal bitterness and a light saline edge.
