From Saint-Morillon in Graves, this 2021 release from Maison Advinam reflects Anne Buiatti’s uncompromising natural wine philosophy, with production spanning sites in both Gironde and Roussillon. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic, operating without additives or sulphur, and notably without the use of electricity in the winery, a rigorously low-intervention approach that prioritises manual handling and ambient conditions. This cuvée blends Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, bridging Bordeaux and southern French varieties, and was shaped by the cooler, more restrained 2021 vintage. It shows dark berry fruit with brambly, garrigue-inflected aromatics, aniseed and herbal complexity, carried by sinewy, fresh tannins and a long, finely structured finish where fruit expression remains unadorned and precise.
