From parcels across Anjou, Domaine La Roulerie works with Chenin Blanc planted on schist and clay, farmed organically with a focus on precision and balance. ‘Cep by Cep’ is fermented with indigenous yeasts and raised briefly on fine lees, primarily in tank with a measured use of older oak. The 2024 shows green apple, pear and citrus with notes of quince and chamomile. The palate is direct and structured, with a firm acid line and a lightly mineral, persistent finish.
