From estate vineyards in Mango and Trezzo Tinella, planted at higher elevations in the Langhe, this Moscato is shaped by careful timing in the vineyard and a controlled fermentation in tank, stopped early to retain natural sweetness and a fine, persistent bead (smaller bubbles). The 2024 shows white peach, grape must, orange blossom and a light herbal note, with a clean line of acidity keeping the palate defined. The texture is soft and lightly sparkling, the sweetness measured, and the finish precise and lifted.
