From the northern end of the Limestone Shelf, this Dolcetto saw whole bunch picking, 12 days of carbonic maceration, and maturation in stainless steel. Translucent in the glass woth lifted aromas of violets, marzipan, and sea spray. Soft tannins frame juicy sour cherries and dark berries, making for a bright, easy drinking wine.

Eleven sons is the project of sommelier-turned-winemaker Mitch Sokolin. He sources organic grapes from growers along the Limestone Coast, and makes wines using instinct and intuition.
