Domaine Huet Vouvray Petillant Brut 2019

From Domaine Huet’s biodynamically farmed vineyards on the limestone and clay soils of Vouvray, this sparkling Chenin Blanc is produced in the traditional method and aged extensively on lees. The nose opens with green apple, quince, and citrus peel, alongside a fine chalky note and a hint of brioche. The palate is precise and tightly coiled, with brisk acidity carrying orchard fruit and light autolytic complexity. The mousse is fine and persistent, lending texture without weight. The finish is long, mineral, and dry, with a subtle saline edge.
