Domaine Henry Fuchs 'Les P'tits Cailloux' AC 2024

Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Named 'The Little Pebbles' because—no shocker here—the vineyard is absolutely covered in pebbles! This lively blend of Muscat, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc is fermented separately before coming together for a six-month honeymoon in stainless steel. Thanks to the Muscat, the nose is an aromatic adventure, bursting with exotic notes, but on the palate, it’s all about freshness, precision, and a crisp, dry finish.
