From Pinot Noir planted on the clay-limestone slopes of La Moussière in Sancerre, this cuvée shows a measured, site-driven expression. The nose opens with sour cherry, redcurrant, and a light floral note, edged by fine spice and a touch of earth. The palate is supple but structured, with fine tannins and a clear line of acidity carrying bright red fruit. A subtle mineral thread runs beneath, giving shape and persistence. The finish is clean, savoury, and gently stony.
