Sparkling WineColet-Navazos Brut Nature 2019
From the collaboration between Colet in the Penedès and Equipo Navazos, this traditional method sparkling wine is built on Xarel·lo with a small proportion of Palomino sourced from Jerez. The base wine reflects limestone vineyards, with extended lees ageing shaping the final profile.
Lemon peel, green apple and chamomile lead, with a distinct saline note and a light flor character. The palate is dry and tightly structured, with firm acidity carrying citrus and orchard fruit. The mousse is fine and persistent, adding texture. The finish is long, savoury and mineral, with a faint oxidative edge.
