From Clos Larrouyat’s steep, terraced vineyards in Jurançon, rooted in clay-limestone with sandstone, this cuvée draws on Petit Manseng for structure and definition. The nose opens with grapefruit, lime zest, and white peach, with a light floral note and a hint of fennel. The palate is taut and driven, with firm acidity carrying citrus and stone fruit. A fine phenolic grip adds shape through the mid-palate. The finish is long, dry, and saline, with a gentle bitterness that brings definition.
