Beau Rivage Chenin Blanc 2022
This Chenin Blanc comes from Clarksburg, in the Sacramento River Delta, where inland heat is moderated by strong afternoon winds drawn from San Pablo Bay. The region’s alluvial soils and diurnal shift favour Chenin Blanc with retained acidity and moderate alcohol.
The wine is handled simply, with fermentation and élevage kept neutral to preserve fruit and structure.
Green apple, citrus and quince lead, with a light waxy note. Finishes very clean and refined.
