Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2024 comes from estate vineyards in Geelong, produced by Bannockburn Vineyards. Drawn from mature plantings across the estate’s volcanic and limestone-derived soils, it sits as the core pinot expression of the range.
Fermentation includes a portion of whole bunch, with extraction kept measured. Élevage takes place in French oak, used to shape the wine without overt influence.
The 2024 is mid-weight, with red cherry, strawberry and spice. The palate is structured, with fine tannins.
