The Neldner Road Eden Valley Riesling comes from the high Flaxman's Valley, with vineyards standing 460 metres above sea level. This 5 acre vineyard is home to dry grown, 80+ year old Riesling vines kept in rod and spur formation. Handpicked grapes are whole bunch pressed, then cold fermented and settled before cold stabilisation and bottling. This process amplifies the vineyard's unique character, with aromas of white flowers, stone fruits, lavender, and lime. The palate is complemented by a zesty acidity, plus flavors of juicy white apple and grapefruit for a vibrant finish.
