With the first sniff you know it’s going to be delicious. Ripe citrus skin, honey, a little candied peel, fresh herbs, basil leaf, pine needles, mint, sweet blossoms, yellow melon skin. Palate is of the same character, soft but acidic, tense but pleasantly plush in a way. This is really delicious, finishing with a fresh ginger spice note. Full flavoured, spicy, rich, fresh, great. 93 points
