This venture is a joint effort, realized with the contributions of Mark Robinson from the Barossa. Haus Wines leans more towards a traditional style, distinct from Wilkie Wines' signature focus on minimal intervention wines.
The Chardonnay is a visual delight with its pale-straw hue, exuding generous aromas of pear, peach, and stonefruit. These primary notes are complemented by classic buttery undertones. Its pronounced acidity ensures a lasting, delightful finish.
