Two Americans living in Amsterdam making wine in South Australia. 90% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc from own-rooted, dry farmed 60-65 year old vines on sandy soils in the Barossa. 12 hour basket press, then 10-12 months in barrel the wine is racked to tank for a few months and then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
