A blend of two vineyards. Willowlake (cooler southern end of the valley), and my folks vineyard (south of Healesville). Predominantly fermented in older French hogsheads (300L).
There’s flavours of curd and fresh cream, white peach and citrus. It’s leesy and fresh, but with nice weight on the palate.
