Family estate vineyard, fermented in French barriques.

"Aligoté, the 'other' white wine from Burgundy. Historically treated as the poor cousin to Chardonnay, we're enjoying seeing that change. We grafted around 2015 becoming one of only 3 vineyards growing the variety at the time. We love it for its acid profile and pear fruits and the way it can take on a little golden hue in the vineyard.

Beautifully bright with citrus and pear notes. Wild fermented in a mix of clay egg and old oak.
