"Our first release of Savagnin from our vineyard since taking over the vineyard in 2021. Inspired by the complex and layered whites hailing from Jura. Released under our 'Cré' label, a reflection of the unique terriors of the Yarra Valley.
Handpicked and gently pressed to old oak for a spontaneous fermentation. Elevage for 18 months will regular fortnightly topping. Complex and textural. Aromatically floral with elements of apricots and green apples. Refreshing acidity with a lick of manzanilla and sea spray."
