Beguiling orange Pinot Noir that resembles Vin Jaune, Sherry and Cognac all rolled into one. Bright, deep amber with a fresh zesty fruit aromas of grapefruit and pear with ginger. Striking fresh acidity as soon as it touches your lips with beautiful deep nutty oxidised notes in perfect harmony. All grapes are hand-picked and macerated for three months. The wine is aged for ten years in 400 litre oak barrels without topping up (only one or two barrels made each year).
