This white wine boasts a unique name inspired by a distinct trellis system native to the Canary Islands called el cordón trenzado, which braids several branches of a single vine together. A blend of Listán Blanco from high altitude, north-facing vineyards of Esquilón and La Piñer, with a young vine vidueño from La Florida, this wine has a charged, fuzzy/tangy, and textural taste. Hand-harvested and fermented with a small portion left on skins, it is aged for nine months on lees in large oak ovals before bottling.
