This innovative spirit, reminiscent of a barrel-aged grappa in aroma, is a blend of Alsatian beer eau-de-vie and Alsatian malt whisky. It presents an oaky and fruity bouquet, featuring spiced plum, mixed fruit muesli, and raisins both on the nose and at the beginning of the tasting experience. The middle stage is characterized by a medium body with a creamy texture and an appealing vibrancy, transitioning to a finish akin to a typical single malt. The raisiny/grappa notes make a comeback in the finish.
