Since 1985, Tedo Gzirishvili has been immersed in the art of viticulture and winemaking. In his familial cellar, Tedo crafts wines sourced from grapes cultivated in organic vineyards. While he respects time-honored traditions by fermenting wines in kvevri, he also embraces modern European techniques, using stainless steel tanks for certain productions. Tedo’s Marani is known for both traditional and innovative blends of dry white, Rosé, and red wines, featuring varieties such as Rkatsiteli, Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane, Buera, Tavkveri-Buera, Tavkveri, Budeshuri Tsiteli, and the renowned Saperavi.
