Cornelissen Susucaru Rosato 2022

Produced using the same philosophy and vinification techniques as the other Cornelissen wines, the Susucaru rosé emphasizes skin contact to enhance texture and express territorial identity. Complete malolactic fermentation is employed to achieve density, fluidity, and stability. This rosé, a blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia, and Nerello Mascalese, offers more than just a refreshing summer drink. It can be considered a light red, reminiscent of a Jura red, making it versatile enough to pair well with a broad spectrum of dishes.
