Domaine du Clos d'Alari produces mainly rosé wines from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Vermentino. The rosé is fermented in stainless steel tanks and does not undergo malolactic fermentation, resulting in a crisp dryness that has become synonymous with Provence.
