Alice Bonaccorsi

Rosé Wine

Alice Bonaccorsi RossoRelativo 2019

"Relatively Red" is a celebration of an ancient wine style from Mount Etna, which is neither a red nor a white, but a darker rosato. This wine was historically made in palmento from a brief maceration of predominantly red grapes, but also some white varieties. This particular vintage is made with 100% Nerello Mascalese, which has undergone a brief maceration on the skins for around 36 hours. It's an incredibly versatile wine that complements a wide variety of dishes.
