Charlotte Dalton 'Boy Girl Soup' Graciano 2024

From the winemaker - An uncommon blend of Carignan and Graciano. A playful, bright blend with lively fruit, a touch of spice, and a rustic finish. It has an amazing juiciness from the beautifully juicy Carignan but also an amazing finish which is taut and structured thanks to the tannin from the Graciano. Vibrant and versatile—perfect for sunny afternoons and lively dinners. When my children were little we used to listen to Spike Millagan’s Bad Jelly the Witch in the car. In this absurd story the witch threatens to chop up the boy and girl and turn them into soup. This stuck in my head. No boys or girls were harmed in the making of this wine.
