Siren High Priestess Pinot Noir 2022

Complex nose with earthy whole-bunch aromas supporting an array of raspberry to blackberry fruit in a restrained and detailed style. A whiff of spicy oak at the margins. Classically structured with grainy, ripe cocoa tannins and fresh fruit-driven acidity which carries the floral perfume through the palate. Etched and elegant, the mid-weight flavours finish on spice and wood after a measure. 

Only 5 puncheons produced. 3456 bottles. Biodynamically grown by The Wrekin vineyard in Marlborough. Organic, unfined, unfiltered, vegan.
