Founded in 2017, ex-sommelier Ian Dai Hongjing, is a travelling negoçiant / 'nomad winery' that produces idiosyncratic cuvées experimenting with extended maceration, alternative varieties, and multi-vintage blending.

Directly translating to ‘Little Garden’ , Xiao Pu wines are a product of nature, made with sustainable practices and respect for the land and its people. Ian Dai works with long-term partners who share the vision of sustainable agriculture and modern farming philosophies.

66% Syrah, 34% Marselan from Helan Mountain, Ningxia. Fleshy black fruit, violet, black olive, black bean, XO sauce, and Chinese five spice. Fine, dusty tannins on palate with a umami / soy sauce finish.
