Complete malolactic fermentation is employed to achieve density, fluidity, and stability. This rosé, a blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia, and Nerello Mascalese, offers more than just a refreshing summer drink. It can be considered a light red, reminiscent of a Jura red, making it versatile enough to pair well with a broad spectrum of dishes.
