100% Purple Sticky Rice (Nếp Cẩm), a rare variety with high anthocyanin content, from dry rice paddies in Điện Biên province. This wine is a pet-nat fermented for 4-5 days in traditional Vietnamese clay amphora (Chum Rượu) before bottling.
Earthy and purple-fruited, baked bread, forest floor, soy-mushroom ube, white guava, purple dragon fruit. Overripe banana.
