Arianna Occhipinti's Grotte Alte is an exquisite blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato. 

Sourced from mature vines perched on a limestone ridge in Vittoria, it opens with deep, savoury aromas of dark fruits and spices, enriched with subtle earthy notes. Aged for 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels following a 30-day skin fermentation, and then bottled unfined and unfiltered,
