After an approximately one-month maceration period in both concrete and stainless steel, the wine matures in large botti. This Nebbiolo serves as a vivid encyclopedia of its varietal, boasting notes of violet, rose, and liquorice, along with well-defined yet velvety tannins, all elegantly enveloped in Olek's charismatic touch.
