Cave Mont Blanc Vini Estremi Blanc de Morgex et la Salle DOC 2021

Light straw yellow with delicate aromas of tropical fruit, white flowers and flint. The fresh mineral palate exhibits a streak of acidity alongside lemon peel and bitter almond. Vini Estremi ("extreme wine") is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 1200 meters, making it one of the highest in all of Europe. Cave Mont Blanc comprises of 80 small, artisan, grower members who are too small to produce and bottle their own wine. As a result, Cave Mont Blanc represents these growers and their unique terroirs to offer distinctive wines that showcase the region's individuality.
