Joy Wine Dragonfly Grenache 2023

Joy Wine emerges from a partnership between distributor and importer Ned Brooks, and the renowned Si Vintners. This venture is a heartfelt family project. "Joy", chosen by Iwo from Si Vintners, coincidentally aligns with Ned's daughter's middle name. The artistic touch on the label is credited to Cleo, Ned's significant other. Fondly referred to as "Big Ned", he's been a distributor for Si, persistently nudging Sarah and Iwo over the years to increase production. In 2022, they finally relented. This is an organic Grenache, masterfully crafted. After destemming, the grapes were crushed into open fermenters, macerated for 5 days, and then pressed into stainless steel tanks. The outcome? A delightful, light, and juicy wine. Kudos to Ned, his family, Iwo, and Sarah.
