from a winemaking family in Aloxe-Corton. Jean-Guillaume handles the business side of the operation, and Romain is the winemaker. Both tend to their family vineyards, with holdings now at 4.2ha (all certified organic).
Apple blossom and orchard breeze on the nose, followed by a burst of lemon and lime citrus on the palate. There’s serious flavour here, balanced by that classic limestone tension puckering away on the finish. Zing zing.
