This delightful Picpoul from France's Aude region is sometimes referred to as the Muscadet of France's south west. It displays a pale yellow hue with vivid green highlights. The aroma is fresh and gentle, featuring fruity and floral notes. On the palate, it offers refreshing flavors of lemon and floral nuances. It pairs excellently as an aperitif or with various seafood dishes like scallops, lobster, and grilled fish, as well as cheese. Aromas of green melon give way to golden apple and a touch of rich citrus and minerals, all brought together by a crisp acidity for a perfectly balanced finish.
