White WineChambers Rosewood Gouais Blanc
The name 'Gouais' originates from the old French adjective 'gou', a derisive term reflecting its historical role as the grape of the commoners. Although rarely cultivated in present times, this pale grape variety holds significance as the forebear of numerous classic French and German grape strains.
Chambers Rosewood maintains some of the only commercial vines of the truly ancient grape variety left in the world.
