Crafted for a more vibrant and lighter appeal, this Pinotage underwent natural fermentation. It boasts fresh berry scents, complemented by flavours of soaked plums and a hint of fine meats on the palate. This wine delights with its lively freshness, harmonized acidity, and sophisticated tannin grip.

Nestled at the base of the Simonsberg mountain lies the historic Natte Valleij cellar. Once renowned for its brandy, it stood as one of the most expansive cellars in the vicinity. Regrettably, the wine crafting came to a halt in the 1950s. The Milner family acquired the estate in 1969, transforming it into a celebrated hub for breeding South Africa's elite racehorses for nearly three decades. In 2005, viticulture was revived on the premises. Alexander Milner, the winemaker, is passionate about creating wines that genuinely reflect their origins, preferring a hands-off approach. The estate takes pride in its age-old methods: every grape is hand-harvested, and each bottle is manually filled, corked, and labeled.
