This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne originates from the vineyards of Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs—arguably the finest terroir for Chardonnay.  

With a minimal “liqueur de dosage,” this Extra Brut cuvée allows the purity of the wine to take centre stage. Cuvée Illustration is a strikingly original expression, with a subtle interplay of chalky minerality and oak influence. The result is a wine of remarkable finesse, offering an intriguing combination of saline vibrancy and toasty complexity, a true reflection of its illustrious origins.
