"A Pinot Noir from organic vineyards of Reinisch brothers based in Thermenregion. 60% new French oak.
This speaks Pinot Noir from the start. Full of cranberries, roses and orange peel lift. Dry leaves, potpourri, green olive and a hint of oregano and rosemary. Tannins are a little grainy, a little rugged but textural in a positive way. Flavours have ripe tones of rose jam and spice. It’s a really good wine, a bit different, a bit exotic, spicy expression but still very much a Pinot DNA. Very impressive."
