From the winemaker: "A Barbera and Sangiovese co-ferment, aged in both stainless VC tank and old French oak barriques.
Bold, herbal and spicy. Light and juicy in the mouth but with heaps of depth, form and power from the Barbera. Cooked plums and cherries like the inside of a good Danish tart, with notes of blood orange carried along with the acidity.
Loves a bit of chill like a back deck dinner in winter."
